Refunds
Refunds for Goods
Refund requests must be made within 30 days after receipt of your goods.
We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:
- Good is broken;
- Good does not match description; or
- Good is the wrong size.
Refunds do not apply to the following goods:
- discounted items;
- items with signs of wear or use; and
- damaged items (missing tags, physical alterations, stains, etc.).
Returns
Returns can be made in person at the following location(s): 100 McCollum St #1532, Clemson,
SC 29631 (please allow a full business day after refund has been requested to arrive in person)
Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, follow the following procedure:
Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email. Send all items back to us
using the label provided and paying the necessary postage at the nearest post office.
